http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows both numbers are invalid. Your seller did not ship you anything yet.

You need push your seller to ship the goods asap. Tell him if you can not track the parcel in next 3 days, you will open dispute to ebay/aliexpress/amazon against fraud shipment.
