Post Tracking Says Delivered and Signed For but NOT Received

Tracking Number EA142701024CN

I posted a topic here a few days ago because the status of my parcel hadn't changed for 7 days and I was advised to wait. Ive checked again this morning and it now says that its been delivered and Signed For when it definitely hasn't! Can someone please tell me what's going on with this parcel and where it really is? Thank you

EA142701024CN was returned to shipper. Not sure returning reason, but i am sure you can not get this parcel anymore. If you purchased from ebay/aliexpress/amazon, you should open dispute for refund.

The seller is surprised it's been returned. EMS are so slow compared to companies such as DHL and UPS. I believe that EMS have made a big mistake and that I will raise a complaint against China Post for this inexcusable administration error. I'm really not happy with the EMS service. Its slow and offers very poor tracking.
