No new tracking updates in over a week? Stuck at "aircraft arrival" on 17track and just never departed or was never marked as departed. No idea where my package is, any help please? Thank you

both parcels were sent to airline on Jun 15. The status are all ok. nothing needs to worry about.

wait one or two more weeks, you will see next update.

EV050830283CN and EV050840793CN were delivered on June 25.
