Hello
My shipping from Spain to China is stucked at China’s Custom. It’s a box with many returned items (clothes). The seller just keep telling me that they haven’t received the box so they can’t refund me my money.
All the seller information (address, phone and email) were correct. I’m desperate. I need help.
Tracking number is CC021884718ES

obviously the seller doesn't want to accept the return and refund the money because he doesn't make custom clearance.

you need call your credit card bank and report fraud and contract cheating.
