Hello,

For 4 days, my order, made from Aliexpress store, has stuck in this state ''Zhenzhou import customs clearance''.
My order value is 9 dollars, so i don't think that there will be customs fee.
Can you, please, tell me if this is normal? and how many days take the customs release?

RP691928540CN was returned to Zhengzhou. not sure return reason.

You need open dispute to AliExpress for refund.
