Hi, its been 17 days since the last update i heard from the packet. It said something about Xiamen and it wont update anything after that. Its my parcel stuck? is there any ETA on when it should land?

the parcel ZA03738045701 was sent to airline on Dec 12. Now is holiday season, normally holiday season ETA time is about 2 to 4 weeks(not very accurate). So your parcel next update should be in the middle of January 2026
