Using ePacket for a shipment, tracking number LX307992048CN
Posted on 10/04/2017, and it is now 7/05/2017 and still nothing
any thoughts?

LX307992048CN should have some problem. normally parcel will arrive UK in 2 weeks. I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not get it by May 14, you should open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
