Hi,
My tracking number is RU707318605CN and last update states product shipped from Shanghai on 5th April.
Its been more than a month. Can you please help?

RU707318605CN left china on april 6. normally it will arrive Ireland in 30 days. I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not get it by May 15, you should open dispute to seller for lost parcel.
