http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RY384717975CN shows the parcel was shipped to Hungary on Nov 21.

Normally such parcel will travel 3 to 8 weeks to reach Hungary. There might be no update when parcel is on route to Hungary. You need wait some more time.
