Hi. I see my parcel with no. RV514058905CN is moving around in Beijing for over a month now. Is this normal? What should I do?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV514058905CN shows the parcel was rejected by Beijing airport safety check point for many times, what is inside?

The parcel was in a big shipping container. Unfortunately some parcels in the same container have battery or other dangerous item and triggered safety reject. So China Post has to remove these item from container. As that container has so many bad item inside, one time remove can not clear all of them, China Post then has to send the container to scan machine again and again. That is why your parcel is rejected again and again.

If your parcel has only hat inside, it will eventually pass the scan. It just takes time.

you can open dispute to seller for refund.
