You promised me that I would have my package by the end of this month. However, it has been in Lithuania since the 9th July and not moved. What is going on?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV460971145CN shows the parcel arrived in Lithuania on Jul.9.
Vilnius is the 1st entrance railway hub to EU. China Post parcel normally will stay here for about 2-3 weeks for import processing, sorting and then transit to other kind of land transportation vehicles.
Suggest you wait patiently.

Vilnius import processing has some delay since early July. You might need wait one or two more weeks.
