Hello,
Chinapost tracking shows my parcel is in Vilnius, but Vilnius customs and Lithuania post wrote it's not in Lithuania yet. Could you please specify where is this order?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV437492128CN shows the parcel arrived in Lithuania on Jun.23, if the Vilnius customs and Lithuania post told you that they couldn't find it , maybe it has been lost, suggest you contact the seller or website which you bought the item to open dispute for refund.
