any idea where this is send to? or is it still in China?

Is the package allready in the Netherlands?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV360112926CN shows the parcel was shipped from Guangzhou to Netherlands last week. It is still in Guangzhou airport.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 80% airlines to Europe. your parcel is register airmail which has very low priority to compete shipping space with EMS and ePacket. You have long time to wait.

If your buyer protection is expiring , I suggest you open dispute to seller to get money back. After receiving the goods, then pay back the seller.
