Hi!
My order to AliExpress is from Nov. 29 2019. The seller sent the order the same day. Since 2019.12.27 11:52 (GMT-7):" Shipped by air", my parcel has not been moving to me. What is happen with my parcel? Where is the problem? It was a gift to my closer person for The Christmas time. Is anybody can help me and answer to my questions?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV268805656CN shows the parcel was sent to airline for Bulgaria on Dec 27.
China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

Normally such register airmail will take 30 to 90 days to reach Bulgaria. You need wait some more time.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to seller for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

Thank you for your clarification. I'll probably wait more. The seller is conscientious and I don't want to trouble him.
