My packages RV141879330CN and LO170832697CN were send in september but still doesn’t arrive and the travel information isn’t updated for a long time. Where are my packages?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RV141879330CN was shipped on Aug 28. Such airmail parcel is very slow. Normally it will travel 4 to 8 weeks to reach Netherlands. Please wait one or two more weeks.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LO170832697CN was shipped on Sep 17. Normally ePacket parcel will arrive Netherlands in no more than 4 weeks. Your parcel might be lost. You need open dispute for refund.
