I sent a small parcel (as a letter) to China and it seems as it stucked. It arrived at Arrival Import Customs in Beijing 26, January and it's still there. Beijing is not a destination point for my letter. Can you help me?

RR142693535PL just arrived China Post Guangzhou International sorting center on Jan 30.

Now is holiday time, delivery should be after Feb 3. You can ask receiver call China Post hotline 11185 to pickup the parcel.
