Hello,
can you please give me some additional information about parcel RP802278862CN ? It apparently departed country of origin (China) on the 20th of November , it’s been 45 days but it still haven’t arrived at the destination country (Serbia). My buyer protection period ends in few days and I’m not sure what to do.

RP802278862CN was rejected by Beijing airport safety check point and was returned to shipper in Yiwu.

You need open dispute to seller for refund.
