I purchased an item from aliexpress in October. The item was sent via epacket. On china post tracking only shows to UK.

When checking royalmail tracking it says the parcel was delivered to my address. I contacted alipexress and they saidi need to file missing claim with the shipping company. I’ve contacted Royal Mail and they’ve said this needs to be done with China Post as thats the originator.

Tracking: LZ957579927CN

What can i do?!

Royal Mail state: Sorry claims must be initiated with the country where the item was sent.

The tracking information shows the package has been delivered (tracking website: http://www.royalmail.com/business/track-your-item#/ ). The latest tracking information shows Tuesday 18 December 10:15am Delivered. I’ve not received it!

Item is worth £150!!

You can open dispute to seller for non-arrival order refund if you did not get the parcel.

I have already opened dispute and aliexpress have said i need to file missing parcel with China Post or dispute will be closed and no refund.

Alipress said “If you did not get the package, please provide shipping company's missing parcel documents within valid time.”
