http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=RP111582361CN shows the parcel was shipped from China to Ukraine on Nov 29.

Now is rush season, status updating and processing is very slow. You might need wait about 4 to 8 weeks to get it in Ukraine. There might be no status update before the parcel arrives Ukraine.
