DOES IT TAKE OVER 12 WEEKS FOR AN ITEM TO BE SENT FROM CHINA, THE ITEM BY SENT BY FLIGHT TO UK ON 14TH DECEMBER,NOTHING SINCE AS CHINA POST CANNOT BE SCANNED IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY

UT714004412cn was shipped in Dec, normally if you can not get a parcel shipped more than 2 months ago, it means parcel has more than 80% chance to be lost. You need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
