Hello, i have problems with my tracking
I don't understand what i need to do now
Because it says "handed over to customs"

Italy Post website shows the parcel just arrived ITALIA, Segnalati problemi durante la verifica doganale.

You need contact Italy Post for delivery and customs clearance detail.
