Bonjour, j’ai passé une commande le 15 octobre et je suis sans nouvelles depuis j’aimerais savoir où elle en est car par mail personne me réponds et sur ma page Instagram du site non plus. Je commence à perdre patience. Mon numéro de colis est le LE045831710CN.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LE045831710CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to France on Oct 27.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and France Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in France). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days until France Postgets the parcel from customs. Then France Post website will show its new status with France location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
