No movement of my package since 19 november. What is the problem?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=RU898101303CN shows the parcel left China Yiwu export customs on Nov 19. It will travel about 2 to 8 weeks to reach Belgium.

If you can not get it by Jan 15, you need open dispute for lost parcel refund.
