Post Possible security problem for my parcel.

Hi,
I have sent back a parcel with tracking number RI244290355BG from Bulgaria to China.
I have tracked it recently and receive the following:

2017-04-13 09:43:03.0 Shanghai Transit Station export security scan ,remark (rejected )
2017-04-13 15:14:33.0 Shanghai Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit )
2017-04-14 09:34:53.0 Shanghai Transit Station export security scan ,remark (rejected )
2017-04-14 14:44:25.0 Shanghai Transit Station rejected ,remark (无人领取)
2017-04-14 14:45:07.0 Shanghai Transit Station export customs cleared

Does this mean that there is a security problem for my parcel and where can I find it now?
