Hi I placed an order on 10/01/20 which I haven't received. The tracking number is LL957346012CN which shows 2 dates in China but nothing in the UK. Could you advise what is happening please? Many thanks

LL957346012CN was rejected by Wuhan airport safety check point. You can not get it in future.

Please open dispute to seller for refund.
