Hello,

I would like to know the delivery time for parcel no RV365231925CN. It's been almost a month that I have been waiting without having received anything. In the meantime, I have received other packages from China in transit through your company.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows your parcel RV365231925CN was shipped from Dongguan to Switzerland on Mar 20. it is still in China.

this kind of tracking number starting with R is called China Post register airmail parcel. This is a very slow service which low priority to compete space with EMS and ePacket.

Coronavirus has cancelled 99% airlines from china to Europe. China Post has not enough airline shipping space.

As your parcel has lowest priority to compete limited shipping space with EMS,ePacket parcels. You have long time to wait.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to seller for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
