Him my parcel is in the status "Item Held at Office of Exchange" for 5 days.
Its tracking is LX047758589CN. Seller told me it is fine and is on transit, but it is the first time I encountered this status in many shippings. Can you give me more information?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LX047758589CN was just shipped from Hangzhou to Italy on Mar 12.
Now coronavirus has cancelled 90% airlines from China to Italy. China post has no shipping space to send parcel. So parcel to Italy might have 3 to 6 weeks delay. You need wait some more time.

LX047758589CN is hold in customs warehouse. Normally this means parcel is waiting for airline space or need further customs inspection if some illegal or dangerous item detected.
