I mailed a packet, a device for repair to its company
CP411755034GR

To Shenzhen city, china from Greece

Last Friday, I checked the trackers it was at Shenzhen City postal center, "waiting a tax to be paid", I emailed you for information, got no answer

Last sunday, SUDDENLY all tracking information considering its travelling via china was disappeared!

What has happened?
If it is a tax to be paid, direct me information to pay and FINALY have my packet delivered

CP411755034GR is in China Post Shenzhen office waiting for customs clearance. If you have written the receiver's mobile phone number in the parcel, China Post will send a customs clearance passcode to receiver. Receiver can make customs clearance online.

Shipper can NOT make customs clearance and pay duty.
