Hi,

I've made an order for item on the 18th of July.
Over a month now and every time I track my package it says that there is no information available.

Tracking number: ZS16404794499

Can you please provide me an update on this order including estimated delivery date?

ZS16404794499 arrived in Braga on July 28. If you have not got the item, you need open dispute to claim lost item refund.
