Post Package was sent Back to gateway after failed delivery?

Hello,
My package RS761804941NL (postnl) arrived in Germany Like 4 days ago.
But because I wasn't Home when it was delivered the tracking Number told me that the delivery failed and 1 day later it new Destination country was Netherland.
I already wrote an E-Mail to gearbest and postnl but both didnt help.

Also, my other parcel was Just placed in Front Of my House at the same day!

I hope you Can help me, because I Need this parcel

the parcel has started returning procedure, you can not get it back. Try to call German Post and see if they can help you to stop the procedure.

German Post isn't answering and postNL doesn't know anything about my parcel, is There anything Else I can do??

1. If Gearbest can not stop it then the parcel will go back.
