Estimated delivery for the two items I ordered is both before the New Year, but according to this I suppose that's not happening?

2017-12-12 09:18:15.0 shipping notice received from seller(WISH邮平台)
2017-12-14 11:10:17.0 广东Dongguan shipping center received
2017-12-14 11:11:21.0 广东Dongguan shipping center customs scan
2017-12-14 11:15:28.0 已leaving 广东Dongguan shipping center ，next station center

your tracking result shows the parcel was shipped on Dect 14. Normally December is busy season. Parcel will travel at least 3 to 5 weeks to reach destination. If your seller promise you to deliver before New Year, he is misleading. you should open dispute for compensation.
