Hello! I’d like to know the status of my package: LW013457854NL

The last update I have for it is from
3/31/2026 8:35 AM Item presented to import Customs CNYIWA

I’m worried it’s been lost or returned. Thank you!

LW013457854NL arrived in Yiwu on Mar 30th. But the recipient has never made customs clearance.

Is this a return for refund. You need push seller to make customs clearance asap.

I see that the seller has put the responsebility to me. Can i send them the customs clearance? Or do i have wait for the return?

you need to push the seller to make customs clearance. If he/she does not make customs clearance, the parcel will stuck in China customs. If this is the case, then the issue will become an integrity problem not a shipping problem. You need to file charge back to your credit card bank against cheating seller.
