My package sent from dk to hk, tracking number CC728300415DK, has no updates after posted. Even No tracking record saying it left country of sender. I asked postnord cs and they said it left dk but no tracking updates in both dk and hk post system. Can you pls locate this parcel now?

CC728300415DK left DK on Sep 14 it has no landing record in Hong Kong. Normally from DK to HK will take about 7 to 15 days by air(ocean parcel will take 2 to 3 months). please wait some more time.
