I need help for my delivery number RH359736751CN. No update since 14/01/2017. I ordered other things the same day in china and have already arrived at home.

In your tracking, it says it has already leaved Shangai and in the Global Order Tracking website, it says "Shangai Pudong Leaving - TAC Air"; What is TAC Air?? Is it normal that the journey is also long towards france?
