Hello!

My package was sent 10 days ago and it is still written "Partial or no tracking information is available for this item posted in CHINA. You may try the tracking service provided by the post of CHINA". What might the problem be?

AT574274155CN is in Hong Kong airport waiting for flight to Europe. Now is holiday season, waiting time is longer than regular season. This is normal, no need to be worried.
