Please provide an update on my package, tracking number CP313699068PL. The last update was on July 25th, showing the status as "customs clearance," and there have been no further updates since then. Today is September 3rd; please let me know the current status of the shipment.

CP313699068PL arrived in China on July 27, but the recipient has never made customs clearance.
1)Did you write the recipient's mobile phone number in the parcel?
2)Are you sure the recipient want to make customs clearance and accept the parcel?

I did not receive the recipient's phone number, so I wrote to the recipient's business partner in Poland asking them to intervene. Could you please confirm whether the indicated address is a warehouse?

You need ask recipient for his mobile phone before shipping anything to China. Otherwise it will have big problem to make proper customs clearance and delivery. China Post does not care too much about acurate address, If your recipient's mobile phone number is correct, delivery can be made even if the address has a little bit problem.
