No parcel update for LO439068795CN since November. Is this normal?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO439068795CN shows the parcel was shipped by your seller From China Post Guangzhou office to UK on Nov 17.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Royal Mail system(possibly airline warehouse in Hong Kong airport. You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Many parcels shipped in Oct and Nov from South China are suffering serious delay by Hong Kong airport protest. You need wait one or two more weeks. If your buyer protection is expiring, you need ask seller extend protection or open dispute for refund.
