None can change delivery address in Canada except Canada Post. You need contact Canada Post and forward all your parcel from old address. to new address.

I'm not sure if I need to change my delivery address, but I'm just wondering once it gets to my location is the parcel going to be dropped off at the Canada Post office? If it isn't I would need to change my delivery address, but if it is then there's no need for the assistance of this post.

Canada post normally deliver parcel to the address printed in the parcel by shipper. If receiver not available, then they will leave a note in your mailbox and ask you pickup from post office.
