Post Need advice. Please help is my order stuck?

Hello guys, i ve shopped online before from aliexpress and didnt have any problem but this time because of chinese new year i think i got my orders really late and i couldnt get my most important last one. I did contact the seller but he did i check once then didnt answer. What should i do?

My order is stuck st (Left, going to the next transit point. Shangai, China
RF521492105CN

But it usually arrives to turkey in 3-4 days and its been 7 days with no update.

1. You should check here for estimated arrival time for Turkey:

2. If you feel your parcel is lost or misplace contact seller and tell him. Or in the worst case scenario open a dispute.

3. Your parcel is a Normal Register Air mail parcel, it's not express mail. You should read this:

What are the stand formats of China Post tracking number? How to distinguish them?
