Hi everybody!!
I need your help. My parcel nº RD010343654CN is stuck at the Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport since April 28th and I am starting to panic! I would like to know if the parcel is already on its way to arrive here or if it is lost somewhere.

guangzhou airport is experiencing some delay in past 3 weeks, please be patient and wait one or two more weeks, it will arrive.

Hello sir,
I have a question, ive got 1 packages ordered from Ali Express and when i follow my package with the track and trace code RI119372063CN i see that its still on the Guangzhou Baiyun international airport for more than 3 weeks. Why is my packaged still on that airport? The tracking website track-chinapost.com shows me my package status, and it's shows the sign "Alert" thats means there is something wrong. Can you help me?

RI119372063CN was returned from netherlands, you can not get it. open dispute and claim refund asap.

CP296659027CN is surface parcel which usually very very slow. You might wait about 2 months to get the goods.
