Good morning,

This is my tracking number: CY585195935DE

The package status is still on-route since 20 days. Please provide an update why its not yet delivered?

CY585195935DE arrived in Guangzhou on May 4th. It is waiting for receiver to make customs clearance and pay duty. Did you write the receiver's mobile phone number in the parcel? China Post should have sent a customs clearance code to that mobile phone. Receiver can use that code to make customs clearance through APP.

Yes, I have attached invoice bill also where full address and phone number there.

Can you please contact the Banggood Team? I have informed many times to that team, but not proper response from them.

you need to open dispute to paypal for refund.
