This parcel (ref lz150230021cn) is destined for the UK. The last update was 15 June - sent to airline. Royal Mail haven't received it yet and enquiries with them refer back to yourselves. Can you provide any further information please re what is happening with this parcel. Thanks.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=lz150230021cn shows the parcel was sent to airline on Jun 15. It is still waiting for flight from Guangzhou to UK.

http://track-chinapost.com/?p=976 shows average waiting time to UK is about 7 weeks. Your parcel is still in normal time frame(max time can take 113 days).

Once parcel arrives UK, http://track-chinapost.com/startukpost.php will show arrival info.
