Hi. My parcel was despatched to the U.K. in the middle of August. It has still not arrived. Can you help please? The tracking code is CP392388834CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CP392388834CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Sep 14. It is still waiting for flight space .

This kind of CP*********CN parcel is an economical class service which has very low priority to catch flight and sea space. waiting time can take up to half year. Next time please use ePacket to send item to UK. ePacket number format is L*********CN.

At that time you estimated a worst case of 8 weeks. Now you say it’s going to be another 6 months? From now?

And that was an estimate of 8 weeks from being handed to the airline on 15 August.

I mentioned Up to half year(worst case). Normally 4 to 8 weeks.

There is now an update from 22 October. It says arrival at destination airport. Can you confirm which country it is in? Has it arrived at another airport in China or is it in the U.K.? The usual message is arrival in destination country so this message is different. Many thanks for your help

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CP392388834CN shows the parcel just arrived a transit hub(Not UK). You still have long time to wait.

Once parcel arrives UK, http://track-chinapost.com/track_parcelforce.php?code=CP392388834CN will show UK location.
