Please could you tell me where my parcel is? It was despatched to my country on 14 August and there are no updates since being handed to air transport. Has it been lost? Even during the worst delays a few months ago, the service was quicker. The tracking number is CP392388834CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CP392388834CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Aug 15.

Such CP***CN parcel is an economical class mail which has low priority to catch flight space. You need wait 4 to 8 weeks to get this item in UK.

Once parcel arrives UK, http://track-chinapost.com/track_parcelforce.php?code=CP392388834CN will show update in UK .

Thanks for your reply. It’s a very expensive class of mail to have such slow service. Costs more than ems and all my ems parcels have arrived already! Also AliExpress and 4px are way faster for cheaper pricing.

you must be scammed. CP***CN is called Air/Sea combined service, it is a much much much cheaper mail service than EMS. Your seller is lying to you.
