http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO727711825CN shows the parcel was shipped by your seller From China Post fuzhou office to Italy on jan 15.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Italy Post system(possibly airline warehouse in fuzhou,China or customs warehouse in Italy). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Now is rush season, Such no-information stage might last 20 to 30 days until Italy Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Italy Post website will show its new status with Italy location.
