http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO695225365CN was shipped from Shanghai to Finland on Jan 14. It is now in some middle place between China Post and Finland Post system. Possible location is in Shanghai airport or Finland customs warehouse. You can not know exact location until parcel passes Finland customs.
This is normal, no need worry.

such ePacket parcel shipping and waiting for processing time might take 2 to 3 weeks.

Once parcel is released to Finland customs, Finland Post website will show its local location in Finland.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute for refund, otherwise please wait some more time.
