Hello, Could I please get some information about my parcel? The tracking number won’t update. Not sure what is happening. Thank you

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO678683391CN shows the parcel was shipped by your seller From China Post Guangzhou office to UK on Dec 30.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Royal Mail system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in UK). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Now is rush season, Such no-information stage might last 20 to 30 days until Royal Mail gets the parcel from customs. Then Royal Mail website will show its new status with UK location.
