http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO618623577CN shows the parcel was shipped by your seller From China Post Beijing office to Portugal on Dec 17.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Portugal Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Beijing ,China or customs warehouse in Portugal). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

December is rush season, it is normally that parcel shipped in December will have 20 to 30 days delay. Once Portugal Post gets the parcel from customs, Portugal Post website will show its new status with Portugal location.
