http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows both parcels were shipped by your seller From China Post Zhengzhou office to Ukraine on Dec 12.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Ukraine Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Zhengzhou ,China or customs warehouse in Ukraine). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Now is rush season, Such no-information stage might last 20 to 30 days until Ukraine Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Ukraine Post website will show its new status with Ukraine location.
