Hi,

Could you please help me with some information on this package ? It has been more than a month since its tracking was updated and I have had other packages shipped after (using the same delivery) and they all have arrived safely...

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO584979662CN shows the parcel was shipped by your seller From China Post Guangzhou office to France on Dec 6.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and France Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in France). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

December is bad season, many parcels were delayed for for 20 to 30 days, Once France Post gets the parcel from customs, then France Post website will show its new status with France location.
